Part 1-Strengths
It is very important, for young & not young, to identify, recognise and enjoy, as the unique & colourful treasures that they are, personal strengths, not-physical & physical. Potential to discover all those beauties, is in our brains.
They often lead us to our own talents in strong & *peaceable* manners.
Whether we seem, in this moment, or have been told that, we are weak, or not.
Kindness & truths are strengths we are all, but one little man, born with, if not to.
We all too often, depend on family, friends and education establishments, to help us recognise and develop all our own strengths. Reminder: Peace is a strength.
Herein & here on, we are going to identify and develop our own. We are not focussing on any of our weaknesses. Every person has probably been distressed by one of their own or those of others, at some point in their lives. So now, as equals, one part of the global team human, we begin the journey of strength building. No reason not to.
Our brains have unexplored capacity, science has taught us this.
For one half of one hour, it might only take five-ten minutes but aim for the half hour.
Be in the most private place where you won’t get ‘pins & needles’ or external disturbance.
Should you care to have music accompany you on this 30 minute experiment, choose some that has no words. Play it at a volume enabling you to hear only your self, think.

Truly feeling that for this 30 minutes, no other person or thought but your own personal treasure trove of harmless strengths will disturb you?
Soul-mate couples can do this by being opposite or beside each other, holding hands.
Set an alarm for ‘wake up’ in 30 minutes wherever other commitments depend upon your assistance.
Have no agenda but own personal strength discovery’s…..Not necessarily physical.

Part 2-Strengths…This purposeful thought in whispered/quieted command tone.
‘Brains! ….. I command you now to show me my own maps. Show me what direction I must take for my safest, most excellent, harmless and most interesting, with greatest wellness ….. those routes in my brain ways ….. to my own personal strengths that you keep in the safest places in my brains for my own mind’s heart and body to share kindly with others here on Earth . help me build my strengths peaceably, without threat(s) . to any among those assisting my life’s journey. show me the routes that will benefit not only me, but also, help me to contribute to the well being of my community and then furthermore into the wider communities of this, our shared & beautiful planet…..thank you my brains’
It may well take all the set time and a few more commanding/ordering your own ‘brains’ around for them to even understand the command. I expect the brains will now react, perhaps not in the time set aside, as it probably has not heard such a command from you before. Keep awareness of your brains as you go about the daily lives you have been guided to, to date. Cause no unrest to yourself. Your brains have been with you and know the best way to proceed into a stronghold, containing happier circumstances and situations. Your brains know the maps and routes around and about your person(s). Have fun developing your strengths, allow any groups you may form to discover theirs. Brains…..they are each individual’s very best friends in all the world.
That is all.
From now on it is a ‘strong’ probability that your brains react positively, guiding you on the safest routes available. Your mind will work with your brains, holding connections with your treasure trove of personal strengths, showing them to you and the routes you are able to follow with ease . assisting you in the ability to accept any weaknesses, forget those and focus on the constant new builds of your own strengths.
